“COUCH TO 5K PROGRAM” hosted by the Greene County YMCA, from 8:30-9:30am. Have you ever wanted to run a 5K but didn’t think you could? Now you can! Join our 10-week program and be on your way to crossing the finish line of your very first 5K road race. ANNUAL FLEA MARKET & CRAFT FAIR at the Catskill High School from 11am to 3pm. Hosted by the Catskill PTSO. 40+ vendors – handmade crafts, jewelry, antiques & direct sale items. Several student organizations will also be represented in fundraising efforts. Concessions will benefit the Catskill HS class fundraisers and/or Booster Club. Door admission $2.00 for general public; $1.00 for seniors & students. Proceeds from the door & raffle will benefit the PTSO for academic and extracurricular programs.

TURNING STONE BUS TRIP hosted by the Catskill Elks Lodge. Bus leaves the lodge at 7:30am sharp and leaves Turning Stone at 5:00pm sharp. FIT OVER 50 BOOT CAMP – sponsored by the Greene County YMCA, is de-signed for anyone over the age of 50 ready to improve their health and happiness with a fun and diverse series of workouts! 12:45 – 1:45pm. Each class will keep you challenged and offer new fitness feats for you to conquer! Using a variety of equipment such as: resistance bands, kettlebells, dumbbells and more. The for-mat of the class is comprised of cardio, strength training and flexibility segments to give you a challenging total body workout. LIVESTRONG® AT THE YMCA is a no cost 12-week program that meets twice a week for 90 minutes, 2:00 – 3:30pm, using traditional exercise meth-ods to ease you back into fitness and help you maintain a healthy life.
